  • 1.  Utah UI 33H - Quarterly UI Only Allowing ANNUAL

    I have a customer on payroll 2.21.2.0 ( Sage 100 2020 PU 4 )

    They noticed last night that their Utah UI 33H ( quarterly unemployment ) is grayed out and is only offering to print for full year.

    Naturally, the first thing I recommended was a payroll version upgrade
    It being 6:30 PM I didn't have a chance to talk with them ( they sent an email )
    I am also away that payroll 2.22.2 is imminent ( possibly today ) so would prefer any upgrade to be to the very latest

    UPDATE: Download Sage 100 Payroll 2.22.2 ( 6/30/22)

    So, what I'm looking for is if anyone has encountered this before and was there are solution other than upgrade payroll? 

    Naturally the customer MUST do a payroll today so time is of the essence

    Update:

    I'm not sure the customer actually ran the tax form.
    I ran this and while the opening screen is confusing - because it shows a full year of data - there is another screen which appeared and asked what quarter we wanted to select.
