Users are prompted multiple times for parameter field value(s) - once for each invoice or form - when ""Print/PDF All"" is selected for the Paperless Office Output value. This can be a significant issue if a hundred or two hundred invoices will be printed at one time. Note: If ""Print All"" or ""PDF All"" is selected instead, then users are only prompted once for all the invoices. This appears to occur if you've added a parameter field onto a form. Is the parameter static or dynamic? Could you change it from a parameter to a UDF and then add it to the work tables for invoice printing?

This is a problem report from Sage - posted as an FYI since it seems like the type of odd thing one of us could run into.

I follow you now, but still think that there is another work around.
