user upgrading from Advanced to Premium.. 30 users ... bought new server and Sage's SQl Server Runtime Edition - 8 cores... users + SQL+ maint retail price is about $27,000. I received an order confirmation yesterday morning but have no idea how to download the SQL Server software and how to get the unlocking keys (if necessary). I have spent at least 2 hours today and have talked with 5 different people. The latest is someone sent me a link for a SQL Server 2008 download.... Are you kidding me? SQL Server 2014 is the current version and 2012 is shown as supported on the compatibility list. My client is going to go ballistic. Am I being punked or is this a bad nightmare?
