I set users PW's to expire as
@Michelle Taylor does (every 60 - 90 days). Of course I get prompted then to change mine. After doing so, I immediately change it back to the original. Very hard to remember 40 + different PW's. Sage does not track PW history so you can reuse them after going through the motions. Of cours e, I do not tell the client about this little "secret".

Using Unified Logon is even better, because it uses the Windows authentication, where the control is on IT to force that password expiration.

Have never implemented, though it is an option in the system. In System Configuration on the first tab "Force Password Change After a Set Number of Days" and indicate the number of days.
