User on Sage 2017.3 Std, she is only user in Sage, enters PR Data Entry and from PR Data Entry clicks the print icon to start PR Tax Calc., Sage pops up an info message ""All terminals must be out of PR data entry before Tax Calculation may be run. OK"". This seems like a red herring since she is the only one in Sage and only task open is the Payroll. If she exits Sage and goes back in she can go back to PR Data Entry, pull up one record, click print icon as w/ first pass and it runs then. Oddly if she trys to run PR Tax Calc. straight from the PR menu also trips the message. Anyone have a fix for this or know what the cause is?

Did you check Master Console to see if there is a locked user? Also, you might want to check Task Manager to see if there are any other .pvx sessions running.

Ron, you may be on to something there, she said that there was also an error in the update but did not know what it was. Thanks for the updated Res ID.
