  • 1.  User Maintenance Roles

    Customer has 110 companies and would like to give a user access to 105 of them with one role & the other 5 another role.... 
    Is the only way entering one by one???

    What version?
    in v2021, you can list the company and check the 'exclude' which I think would solve the issue for you - assuming I understand that check box correctly.

    I also have a customer that has at least that many companies and with the same requirement. I built an import to handle the initial task of adding companies and roles one by one to each user.

    Oh well...this customer is a SNA...and when I go to the user Maintenance...the EXCLUDE is not there.... good try

    The What's New doc implies all of the role and user changes are for subscription-only customers.
