User is trying to update a payroll register without emailing direct deposit stubs (problems with smtp). They've manually printed all stubs/checks and changed the employee paperless options to Print but it still wants to email them. If you try, it errors out. If you click cancel, the update never processes. What am I missing??

Did you turn off the option to email stubs under Paperless Forms setup?

Wow, where was this post a couple weeks ago??? I made them fix the smtp server and they barely got the deposit to the bank on time.

Quick question, do you have to turn both items above off or will disabling elec delivery of forms under set up do it alone?

I turned off both but I think it was the second one that did the trick - turn off Electronic Delivery of Forms under Setup. BTW, the email account password had changed which wasn't thought of until the next day. All that work for naught!

Just a point of clarity for all. Just spent 30 minutes on this. You need to disable electronic form deliver under PAPERLESS OFFICE OPTIONS, I was over thinking it and was looking at electronic delivery message maintenance...... Long month. TG MOTM 2018 is almost here.
