User is on Sage 100 Standard 2015 PU3 (5.20.3.0). Windows 2008 R2 Server. When they preview a report, then press the Export Features; they get ""hung up"" trying to export to Adobe PDF to the DISK. All users run on Terminal Services. Is there a Security Issue they are hitting when they try and save the PDF directly to the drive location? When they ""point"" to the ""M:\ Drive"", the ""Sage 100 ERP has stopped working. Check online for a solution and close the program; or Close the program"" message is thrown. Then you need to ""end task"" to get out of the message. If they point to the Network and browse the network for the server, it seems to work OK. This is an intermittent problem. They say it is an issue 9/10 times. Meaning, sometimes it just works properly. Their re-seller (I am their JobOps Consultant); says they contacted Sage and could not troubleshoot the problem further. Any ideas?

Does it work if they open it in Adobe? What if they don't use the M drive and save it to a default location?

Did you try to disable Data Execution Prevention for Crystal Reports?

Thank you all. Yes, it works fine if they Export to Adobe - Application. Thinking it is a permission problem on where the Terminal Server Workstation is installed. Mentioned the Cutie PDF option (that is what I use); and will recommend it again if we can't figure it out. I don't know how their Data Execution Prevention is set... will aks that too.

Whether or not you choose to implement CutePDF... I recommend tracking down this permissions issue and correcting as, from my experience, it will crop up to bite you from time to time.... Just my 2 cents
