User is on 3.7x of MAS 200 - asking where the ""High Balance Date"" comes from. I know most of the info is in AR1 -- but can't find High Balance Date.

I don't see this as a field (Highest Date) in my 4.5 of MAS

Can't tell if the user has added a UDF here or if in 3.7 the info was native. I don't see it in the underlying AR1 table which holds most of these fields

I believe it was there in 3.x and I think it was calculated when statements/agings were run? I remember a customer asking me how/when it was calculated because he didn't agree with it and I think the answer was what I said above.

I don't know about the date part, though....

The high balance was there -- the high balance date does not see as if it was there. From what I can see it looks as if the customer may have used Custom Office to relabel the Last Statement Date to be High Balance Date. I'm looking at the screens from MAS 3.71 AR which don't show any High Balance Date fields.

High Balance was in the legacy versions. It went away when AR moved to the framework.

That is the last statement field - at least that's where it was located.

The Highest Balance field on the Statistics tab in Customer Maintenance does not update automatically when updating an invoice in A/R or S/O Invoice Data Entry. This field is updated when you run statements or an AR Utility Recalculate Customer High Balances to update this field.
