User got a new workstation (Windows 7 Pro). v2013 Advanced. They have an old 4.3 version that they need to access periodically. When I try to launch it in MAS90 mode, I get the attached error. I can create a text file in \Home\Lib\Keys. Any ideas?

Are you running the pvxwin32.exe from the server's \mas90\home or from Workstation Setup was run?

At that 3> prompt type this in and press Enter: ? PGN Then we'll know which program that Line 80 is referring to and see what file it's trying to open. You can also type STK and press Enter and post that here.

Looks like you are missing your close quote.

@AlnoorCassim Got the attached result when I was logged into both the Citrix server and from the MAS server. Note: the MAS90 folder for the 4.3 version is sitting on a file server that is not either of the other servers mentioned here (but that's not a new situation). @GeneUlrich , you don't need a close quote.

It's trying to load an MD program. Based on what's in the Links folder it looks in Sy_ClassEnhancement to find the name of that MD program. That program is missing so you're getting the Error 12. Does it work OK when you run as normal MAS 200? Presumably you should be getting the same error. If you back up Sy_ClassEnhancement you can then carefully DFDM delete the record that's pointing to program that doesn't exist anymore.

Well, it appears the MAS_SYSTEM folder has gone missing from the MAS90 folder. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, @AlnoorCassim. Here's hoping the client has it backed up somewhere.
