    I have a subscription client that increased the user count from 8 to 11 users last month.  When I look at the user count via the *info it still shows 8 users, however if you go to system configuration, modules it shows the correct user count of 12 users.  Only 8 users can access the system.  Is this because Sage has the incorrect user count on the licensing server?  We have tried to Update the registration, but the user count does not change.

    Don't count on the auto update button.  Type it in manually.  For Advanced / Premium, restart the service after this.

    I banged my head against this wall for about a week last year, when adding a couple users to a customer having problems with automated imports and insufficient keys. 
    System Configuration showed one thing, and *info showed another.  Frustrating.  I rebooted the server, but restarting the service should suffice.

    I have also found that if all else fails and it still doesn't take, to double-click the ..MAS90/HOME/$ACTPVX.BAT
