URGENT - Running a Sage CRM 7.3 upgrade and during the install got a message low on disk space (virtual server) had no choice but to exit. This was during the backup process that runs during CRM install. Had IT guy expand the drive and he rebooted. Restarted the install and now have message ""c:\program files (x86)\sage\crm\crmxyz\ does not contain a valid installation"". Tried to open the old 7.2e version and the browser displays ""Server Error 404 file or directory not found"". C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRMXYZ found backup_db.sql (opened and seems like all data is there) and also found backup of the registery there too,. so maybe the backups completed ok. Not sure what to do now - reinstall 7.2e and started the upgrade again or is there something else I should do first. It's Halloween, my install is haunted...

Tried various cures from Sage KB and our friend Google, not making much progress, looks like a restore to start over or re-install 7.2.

Sage CRM support - backup the library folder under the 7.2 install, then reinstall 7.2 & patches to level prior to upgrade. Then proceed to the upgrade. I'll let you know how that works out...
