Upgrading Sage 100 customer from 3.60 to Sage 100 2017.02 ""a broad jump . Test conversion worked. They have ""we've always done it this way"" procedures that include various external systems and calculations. We requested they review all the 2017 modules to be sure all their business processes are covered, but they keep saying ""managers who created the rules have left the company, and we don't have time to test"" (recipe for problems). Does anyone have sample module ""sign off"" sheets that I can ask their managers to sign saying they have reviewed and tested their processes on Sage100 2017modules BEFORE we do the final conversion and GO LIVE?

I find that people who aren't willing to test aren't willing to fill out a checklist. I'd just give them a form to sign that says they've tested all the identified areas, realize that your upgrade is a single occurrence and if you need to upgrade again it's more $$

Please review your 2017 system and certify that it will work for your business needs. Additional data conversions/upgrades will incur additional costs.

You should run a sample of each transaction type you process. Ensure that all printers are functioning as expected. Verify that the data converted properly from the older version. Remember, once you go live it will generally not be possible to ""redo"" the upgrade without substantial rework and cost. It is important you check these transactions closely before approving the upgrade. Once we upgrade your system you'll have x days to notify us of any issues. After that date, there will be a charge for requested changes.

The last tab of this link (which is under Help Links in desktop ver of SC) has test lists that should be helpful thanks to @BarbaraGoldstein sharing this https://www.dropbox.com/s/sx0jg7tn7pbpxx1/MOTM_2016_Upgrade_Workbook_Sage_2016_or_less.xlsx?dl=0
