Upgrading our SageCRM 7.0D to 7.1. When I launch the install, and select to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1, I get the attached. It then, however, progresses to the next screen, where it tells me it will install SageCRM. If I progress on and decide to deal with this later, will I be sorry?

http://www.iis.net/configreference/system.webserver/security/isapicgirestriction/add In server manager, roles, Web Server (IIS), scroll down to Roles, and use add role. Once you have added the role(s) restart IIS.

I think it was there. Anyway, I progress on with the upgrade until the drive fills up and the process halts (oops). I free up some space, but now can't restart the install again. Been a long day. Monday the fun begins again.

Probably because the old sql backup files aren't getting deleted? Did you make the backups of the CRM directory, database and registry entries before starting the install?

Update: we're now up and running on version 7.1 SP2 Hotfix 3. Spent the morning with Thomas Blomqvist, a Sage CRM guy in Vancouver. Taking a breather before continuing with the latest SP. And need to get back to my Maintenance Plan issue now. Then, the journey continues: getting SageCRM and Sage 100 integrated.
