Upgrading MAS 200 4.50 to Sage 100 Advanced 2014 SU 6. Picking sheet printing works for admin users on server and workstation. For warehouse user, on the server the form pops up but all data fields are blank. On the workstation, warehouse user gets the ODBC login prompt. ODBC security is off, role has access to all sales order forms/reports. Open orders report give the odbc login prompt to warehouse user on the server and on the workstation. Any ideas on what else to check?

Phil--I have seen similar items to this and had to turn on ODBC security and give everyone all rights, even though it SHOULD HAVE worked as set up. Also, the good old, uninstall, reinstall workstation option. Give the warehouse user new user code and role code. I have seen these codes get corrupted. Make sure the user has rights to folder.

Be sure the account running the service is a domain admin account. If that does not work try and enable the ODBC security and then disable it again. Are people accessing via remote desktop sessions?

Phil, Is there another source on the Picking Sheet, in addition to the standard work file? We've experienced the same when the users did not have access to the additional source.

It turned out to be the user. Created another user and gave same roles and it worked. Thank you to all for suggestions! FYI to anyone who runs into this - if people want their old user code back, you need to delete the user record from SY_UserHistory besides deleting it in user maintenance.
