    Upgrading from Sage100 Advanced 2014 to 2017. Running as a published app. Business insights explorer views (sales orders view for example) is totally blank for some users, and all functions appear disabled, and it is not ""loading data""... other users are fine - any ideas where to look ? thanks Jeff

    CS-ODBC enabled for some users and not others?

    Check screen resolution. Having the same issue on sage 100 premium 2014 to 2017 with BIE views and with Customizer lookup button for data sourced UDF's. Appears that resolution needs to be adjusted until you find one that works.

    Thanks Kevin and Tim - it may be related to the standard vs. the classic launcher - its funny how you think of things to check right after you post on 90 minds !

    What's ""known"" to me is that the new launcher has many problems.
