Wonder (thinking out loud) if it makes sense to appoint someone from the group to be the Linda liaison. Rather than us all sending individual emails we might create an online list which members could edit which is segmented by:
- Extremely Urgent (sent right away)
- Important (sent daily)
- FYI / Suggestions / Questions (sent weekly or semi-weekly)
I'd be ok with just adding items to the list and letting someone maintain regular contact so that we don't overload Linda/Sage.
