    Upgrading a customer from 100c v2016 Advanced to v2018. They are using Sage Inventory Advisor (not Basic). I don't see anything on the Integrated Solutions Compatibility Matrix for SIA. Anyone have any insight? (I've also emailed Netstock.)

    Wonder (thinking out loud) if it makes sense to appoint someone from the group to be the Linda liaison. Rather than us all sending individual emails we might create an online list which members could edit which is segmented by: - Extremely Urgent (sent right away) - Important (sent daily) - FYI / Suggestions / Questions (sent weekly or semi-weekly) I'd be ok with just adding items to the list and letting someone maintain regular contact so that we don't overload Linda/Sage.

    Maybe have it be a two-person effort - and I think we have our second person! ^^ @MaryJoKrueger - that way if there are two people you can have some coverage for when one person is busy/vacation/out. Talk with the admin folks as I'm just suggesting. Actually making it happen is above my pay grade.

    If the admin people set it up, the Schenck team can act as one of the liaisons.

    +1 for the idea of a Sage Liaison section on SocialCast. (By saying this I am not volunteering to be one of the liaisons). :-)
