Upgrading a client from 4.2 to 2013. I Windows copied their Paperless folders to the new location and am running ""Link Maintenance"" to update the location. Getting Error 41 SY_Linkmaintenancebase.pvc line 615 after I tell it the destination path and after it has run for quite a while (this utility is taking a really long time to run, by the way). They have over 77000 documents. I did an initial ""move"" of 11000 items , which succeeded, but only after stopping after 11000. I've probably hit a bad record somewhere. Any ideas how to locate? See screenshot.

Click on Debug then type at the prompt: ? currentRecord$ That could give you the bad record. If you type it this way, it will copy the value into the clipboard and you can paste into Notepad or wherever: clip_board write currentRecord$

I think it's something to do with accessing the list-box. Maybe too big?

Well, things are working better than originally thought. The forms migrated from 4.2 to 5.0 and when do the relink to the new paths for about 1000 at a time, it works. Now is the interesting part - the migration utility migrated PDF Log entries for forms, but not registers. And when you try to run it again for journals, it says that you can only migrate version 4.30 or higher. New to me. I'll let you know if we come up with any solutions

Back at the farm we believed that if you had paperless extended solution you would have to do a step upgrade through 4.30 to get your pdfs to sync up.

You're right @LeeGraham the 41 has to mean an invalid index for the listbox.
