Upgrading 4.5 to 2018. New Citrix Server for 2018 client. Citrix Server has Crystal 9 for a third party and Crystal 2008 Runtime (not sure what program it's for). Ran v2018 Sage Wksetup and now getting a Crystal Forms Viewer error which indicates (in KB) that it's due to previous versions of Crystal. If the Third Party Crystals can't play nice with 2016, what options if any do I have, other than to go back to Sage v2017 or split them off right?

You could try running the Crystal Reports service pack, which is typically used when you have installed 2018 client for users during the testing upgrade phase. This allows both versions of Sage to play nice and choose the proper dll's for each version. Not sure how this will work with the older Crystal 9 version though. Better to talk to the client's IT first and get them involved. You may need to suggest separate Citrix servers, one for the 3rd party app and the other for Sage. Here's the service pack file just in case.

Had one workstation on a five user SAGE 100 v2018 system need to also run a third party with Crystal 2008 runtime. IT tried to get them to work together. Eventually installed a VM desktop and moved the SAGE 100 v2018 to the VM.
