Check and see if that user has access to the location that the paperless office files are being stored.

Where's the path to the PDF folder? Is Sage 100 installed on a server or local? If on a server and the PDFs are stored under the old MAS folder AND the share was changed to not include the old MAS path, this could be a problem also.

A couple of things to check, first go to Printers and for the Sage PDF see if the Port is null, if not create a local port called Sage and assign the PDF Printer to this port. You may also have to unistall and re-install the pdf printer, you can do this in MAS90 File/Run PL_ADVANCEDOPTION_UI... this will uninstall and install the PDF driver with a null post. The other thing to look for is in regedit under Hkey_Current_config, you should see Sage PDF Converter, open the folder and verify no Jobs or Lock folders are there if so delete these two folders, then make sure the user has permissions to the Sage PDF Folder, I have gone into permissions and selected eberyone and given all control. Worked for me last week.
