Upgraded Sage 100 advanced from 4.5 to 2015.02 on new server. In the dashboard for Accounts Payable Analysis, the chart is blank. There is data listed below it. Any ideas on fixing the chart?

That dashboard is an HTML page located at ..\MAS90\HTMLOut\ABC\AccountsPayableAnalysis.htm Try browsing to it and see if Internet Explorer or FireFox will open it with the graphics intact. I expect that IE has something blocked and you'll need to revise your security options in Internet options.

Given the problem with Adobe Flash player and Visual Process Flows, this might also be a Flash issue

Thanks! Flash does not appears to be involved. There is an inline VBscript in the html page. IE and Chrome on the server do not display the chart. I am asking their IT folks about security restrictions.

Since it is easy, try re-running workstation setup. We had some issues with the BIE dashboard after upgrading. our issue was due to the fact that we had the new version and old version still running on the workstation and we hadn't run workstation setup. We had issues with the charts displaying. Once we ran wksetup for the new version it fixed the chart issue.

Not that it matters now there is a 3rd party called TeeChart.ocx that needed to be registered.. You probably had the browser set to suppress script errors. Glad it worked out.
