Upgraded Sage 100 4.5 to 2014 Premium (SQL). Upgrade completed, but mysteriously skipped 2 files, which weren't found until attempt to run SO Sales Journal and Rebuild Keys files. Error-12 on SO_InvoiceHeader.LCK file was actually a missing SO_LineItemCommission file. 3 Sage support people couldn't figure this out. Looked at the code and SO_InvoiceHeader.LCK was NOT involved - so false warning. Creating SO_LineItemCommission with Re-Initialze ""Manual"" feature solved the problem. Another missing file uncovered by Rebuild Key files. Watch out for this if converting to SQL version (several other conversions went fine).
