In case anyone wants to know the URL, it's
https://www.sage.com/en-us/legal/eula/. It's the one in the middle of the page that specifically calls it The Sage End User License Agreement (""EULA"") and is dated 05/11/18 on the last page. The only one for our products listed on MySageSell is dated 07/20/2015 and the link within versions 2017 and 2018 under About is dated 09/08/2015. Surprisingly, if you go to sage.com and search for EULA, you get to the same page. This has not always been true. This latest 2018 version does contain an EU GDPR paragraph.
Based on customer questions/actions and to cover our firm legally, I'm considering proactively sending the latest version out to all customers (both on and off plan), asking them to read it, and confirming they understand and agree with it. Sage should be doing that themselves, so I'll confer with them before I take any action. Sage seems to believe that the click accept is sufficient. I agree that it may be legally sufficient, but why would Sage or we wait to point that out in court?
