  • 1.  Upgraded from 4.40 to 2014 PU3. In SO entry, look

    Upgraded from 4.40 to 2014 PU3. In SO entry, lookup for Misc Items is blank. Created a custom lookup which is also blank, but if you do a lookup and then click a different custom view it will populate. Seems to need an extra refresh. Spent 2 hours with Sage support and they are stumped but said they have recently seen others with the same issue.

    Do you have any enhancements? I had this exact issue with SO-1068. A program update to the extended solution resolved it.

    Look into the CI_Item and see if there are any blank records. I seem to recall some type of similar issue but searching my support KB doesn't uncover anything. Worth a double check though.
