    Upgraded customer from 4.50 to 2015 last week. They are using Excel 2003 (which is unsupported with Sage v2015). They do not use SI, although I did license it on 1 workstation and found the excel version when trying to run a canned report. Customer is now getting (on every workstation) the error attached when they open Excel. Just started since the upgrade. Is this caused by the unsupported Excel or anybody have any other ideas?

    I believe there is an Add In in Excel that gets installed by Sage intelligence that you have to disable to prevent this error

    BI-something? Sometimes there is a Crystal add-in, too.
