    Upgraded company for 4.5 standard to 2015SU2. Error when printing custom AR Statement. Don't see anything in Sage knowledge base for this error. TIA

    Open the form in Crystal and make sure the database is pointed to SOTAMAS90. If it's unique to a workstation, try reinstalling the Sage 100 workstation.

    Bill, showing my ingnorance, but how do I see if the database is pointed to SOTAMAS90?

    Under the Database menu in CRW, choose 'Set Database Location.' This will show you the current database and allow you reset it to another from the lower part of the window.

    uninstalling and reinstalling workstation client didn't solve this issue. Other workstations could print these statement forms. Had to load Crystal on this workstation and go into each form and change the Database Location. that solved it. Thanks @BillPfahnl !
