Upgraded a customer from v2014 Standard to v2018 PU1 Advanced last week. After applying the hot fixes that @LarryBradford listed in an earlier post, we have two lingering issues in Job Cost. #2018Pioneer
1. This customer uses unit costs at 3 decimal precision in their cost codes (JC_CostCodeDetail). When they enter Direct Costs in Job Posting Entry, the 3 decimal cost is being rounded to 2 decimals. If they go to Job Maintenance, click on Cost Codes and update the unit cost (JC_JobCostCodeDetail), it retains the 3 decimal precision. Talked with Karen McWhirter at Sage about it and she agreed that it's a defect. This customer was okay with it not being addressed as a Hotfix but Karen could probably be persuaded to issue one rather than waiting to include it in PU3 (end of June).
2. In the Job Transaction Detail Report, the Page Break by Job checkbox doesn't work...the report still prints one job per page. Karen was able to duplicate this as well and will make sure it's addressed in PU3.
