Upgraded a customer from 4.4 std to v2018 std. Why would the Crystal 2016 install files not be in their download?? Perpetual vs. subscription??

Pick them up off the full download of 2018 under the productivity tools?

Also not in wrkstation setup options. I also do not see it as a download option. What am I missing??

I don't see productivity tools under the full download. This is what I see under our internal 2018 download. Not in theirs.

Right click autorun.exe - run as administrator - select appropriate Sage version - select productivity tools

I think I tried that and it didn't appear, only Install Standard, Advanced, Premium. That was for both the 2018 install and wksetup. No options for Productivity Tools.

It's not in WKSetup. You have to go to the CD, click past the Std/Adv/Prem, and then hit Productivity Apps \ Crystal Reports Designer.
