Upgraded a client from MAS 90 4.30 to 4.50. When trying to print paychecks and direct deposit stubs, we get the attached error. I have: - created new forms (still get the error) - checked permissions on the server - turned off UAC and reinstalled workstation setup - copied crpe32.dll to everywhere I could think of - dreamed of a cocktail after work AP checks print fine so it seems to be a legacy module issue. Any ideas?

Did you go into the PR check form and look at the LastDocument formula? I don't think you need the WhilePrintingRecords in there. I think it should just be """".

Wild shot - Reinitialize the crystal work file. Wild shot # 2 - when creating a new form, did you place it in the ###-pa1 folder? You also might try deleting all the ###-### and ###-xxx pr files via report manager and start completely over. Also, you might verify the PR crystal templates in the reports folder are actually the new ones and not brought over from 4.3 during the migration.

Did you get anywhere with this Jane? It sure seems like it could be data related, did Jeff's suggestion work?

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried all of them and nothing worked. I finally threw in the towel and called Sage and worked with Nathan for around 2 1/2 hours and couldn't get it to work. By the way, the program is accessed via Terminal Services. It seems Crystal didn't install properly to the TS workstation so I'm going to install again. I asked the IT guy to install again as administrator with UAC turned off and that didn't seem to work so one more install won't hurt. Finally installed to my user's workstation and could print the paycheck but the direct deposit stubs errored out with a ""Printer not active - 30"" error. Tried everything I could think of and couldn't get that resolved. Some days I wonder why I choose consulting to earn a living. Being a Walmart greeter is starting to look really good right now.
