  • 1.  Upgraded a client from 4.4 to 4.5. Employees didn'

    Upgraded a client from 4.4 to 4.5. Employees didn't have any problems printing their direct deposit stubs before the upgrade. Now, employees trying to print their stub from an iPhone or a Mac cannot print (although they said they could before). The client's IT guy wants to know what version of Abode MAS uses to create the paperless forms. I can't find the answer to anything why they could print before and can't print now or the Abobe version. Any ideas?

    Do you mean view the stubs? And do they get an error message? Can you view the stub on a PC?

    I had an issue where some paperless could not be printed on the desktop. We thought it was related to perhaps some type of antivirus or malware scanning when the PDF was generated . Not sure we ever solved it.

    Amyuni Document Converter 300 Have them Google it. You may have to figure out cdinfl.dll version being used.
