Upgrade v2013 to v2018 advanced - we aren't able to update the Sales Journal. As soon as you print or preview you get the lovely sage 100 has stopped responding. Screen shot below. I found it after I did the final migration and they are supposed to go live tomorrow. I'm hoping it is just an issue on the server but I won't know until tomorrow morning. There's an old KB Article 33737 but no info. Any ideas? They have mapadoc, insync, starship and it happens running in mas90 mode or advanced.
