Upgrade Sage 4.50 Premium to Sage 100 2016 Premium. Issue is with migrating the credit cards. Purged as much as possible in 4.50 prior to migrating and converting in Sage 100 2016. After about six hours of converting to SageExchange, an error appears: The following conversion record failed while converting. Error #84 No DICTIONARY exists on OPENed file.
Spoke to Sage support. Tech said this is a frequent issue, but hadn't dealt with it on Premium. The solution with Providex database is to make a backup of the ARXXX folder in the 4.50 install, remove the AR module data in Company Maintenance, run the migration and convert. Then, restore the ARXXX folder in the Sage 100 2016 install and convert the AR module. He wasn't sure how this would work with Premium.
