Upgrade Sage 4.3 Standard to 5.3 Premium End user 'stored' credit card data in customer records but did not have cc integration. I've cleared AR Credit Card tables by reinitilization in 4.3. Began conversion again, only to run into the Error 12 CI_SageExchange - try to follow the KB referenced here. but this is **premium** and you can't seem to edit the AESEncrption key via DFDM - tried with SQL Mgmt studio but ""delete"" is a reserved word. Help! You would think Sage would have thought of that. I had a UDF Table I named incorrectly and was able to get past it by using this help file from Microsoft: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms132046.aspx That was for a table, so I am not sure it works the same, but can you put brackets around the word and get past it? i.e. [DELETE]

Yeah, but this is Sage and thinking, planning, testing, not their strong points any longer. I did manage to get to the SY_credcardrestart file - I didn't think it was there, since you can't see it in DFDM, found it in and cleared in SQL Studio. Restarted conversion and it's running but looks like it may be hung - screens on Processing CI_SageExchnage for ver 5.00 for the last 20 mins.

I've killed an upgrade during that portion before when it hung and didn't seem to affect it (I was able to restart), but that one does take forever. Good Luck!
