Upgrade Sage 100 v2013 STD to Sage 100 2016 STD - receiving ""Batching is not enabled for this data entry type"" when trying to update a Sales Order Invoice - CM - from Sales Order. Just briefly looked in KB and there's nothing I found.

Maybe try toggling the Invoice Batch setting back and forth.

Could be an old batch file out there as well.

Agree with both above. How many invoices are in the batch. Maybe delete, reinitialize and enter one??

In the file GL_CompanyActiveBatch.M4T there is a field BatchSubType$. Any idea what this does?

Took a case # on this from Sage - it's not in their list of ""We know but haven't published"" KB

Since Sage's site is down right now, I can't even search to see if they ever did publish it to the KB. What was the end result Wayne? Or best fix, I guess I should ask? Thanks!
