Sage 100

We  checked with Sage Support, if we upgrade them to v2019 then they would need to switch over to the production management module to use work order module. Can anyone confirm if this is true? 
I was under the impression that the Legacy Work Order would be around for existing client for a few more years.

Not true.  You can continue to use t​he Work Order Module in v2019.  However, beware; when they are ready to switch to production management it happens when PM is installed. Work order becomes locked and PM becomes active at installation.  Depending on their size and flexibility, you may need a separate beta system for user training and process/procedure changes.

So far the only thing that’s mandatory is paying the PM rate even if you feel the product isn’t ready to install.
