Who replied by saying: "Unfortunately, I cannot help with this issue, but I can point you in the right direction. As this is a modification, you would need to reach out to Dev@swktech.com".
I do also see their renewal notice, from mid-September, which came from Beth McNeill <beth.mcneill@swktech.com>, and copied Stella Chammas <Stella.Chammas@swktech.com>; Jini Zlatniski <jini.zlatniski@swktech.com>. There was also a reference in the email to helpdesk@swktech.com, for what that's worth.
