Sage 100

Upgrade from Sage 100 Std to Sage 100 2016 Std. SU2 with AvaTax. Have the latest AvaTax connector installed, all the setup appears complete and the address validations work when we click the small @ icon. We did copy the MAS90\AvaTax folder to the C:\ and double clicked the register_for_com.bat per the instructions I have. We see ""TAX ERROR"" on the forms (stock form also) and the SO Sales Journal says the invoices has message that states a tax recalc. needs done and some say there is ""Tax structure errors"". AvaTax is the only mod, any ideas on how to resolve this, they cant process or update any invoices.

Are the invoices being imported?

AR | Utilities | Sales Tax Calculation

Invoices are hand keyed, the AR Utilities>Sales Tax Calc. did not resolve it. I can see the tax amounts in the tax detail button of invoice. I also did the AvaTax reclac by clicking the @ icon next to the tax amount. After this I see a new pop up message on an invoice as soon as I do this which says ""DocStatus is invalid for this operation."" Any other thoughts? Thanks in advance for any comments.

Is this a test environment? If so, you cannot use the same invoice numbers as Avalara recognizes them. I've had this happen using migrated data and trying to update invoices using the same sequence number which of course, have been used in the live data. Jump ahead 100000 or so and see what happens.
