Upgrade from MAS 200 v4.05 to Adv v2013 PU3. Random Sales Oders have the incorrect Ship to Address even though the Ship to Address is correct in maintenance. The Ship to Address is pulling the Bill to Address, however the Ship to Address state is correct. We can not duplicate the issue on the fly. I have rebuilt ARCustomer, ShipTOAddress, SalesOrderHeader, SalesOrderDetail and sorts. Sage suggested to reinstall AR and SO. I have not done so yet. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas what else I can look for?

I don't think this is your issue but a few years back there was a problem with lookups returning the wrong data (or maybe blank info). The discussion is here https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/6476932 and some said the fix only worked after they rebuilt the panels though others did not seem to have to. And, yeah, no idea how this would pertain to 2013 - just an FYI

Wayne - there was a blank record in the Ship-To-Address file. Not sure how that happens but after reviewing all the files, I noticed it, removed it and so far no problems in a week...fingers still crossed!
