We have a client who is upgrading from Level 4.5 to v2018.  It seems like I've seen recommendations here to do an intermediary conversion instead of going straight to v2018.  What should that intermediary version be?  2013, 2014, 2015?  TIA!

AFAIK you only need to make sure you are at PU8 (?) for PR, then you can do the direct upgrade to v2018.

Yes, you have to be at least at 4.5.8 in order to go to v2018. I actually prefer to bring client to v2017, then to v2018 - unless there's a reason we have to go 4.5.8 first (e.g. re: enhancements) as I prefer to work with a more recent version.

I just did exactly that - 4.5.8 to 2018.  Client was pretty much GLAPAR, but it went fine.
