  • 1.  Upgrade from 4.50 to 5.2 PU#2 that includes Payrol

    Upgrade from 4.50 to 5.2 PU#2 that includes Payroll and an Extended Solution. Received the ExtSol Upgrade and install per Master Developer instructions. It appears that a table in my ODBC dictionary is missing that references the ExtSol new PR_ADxxx.soa file that was created. How to I update the ODBC so that Crystal Reports can read the table to access that data in the new PR_ADxxx.soa file. Is it the File > Run > SVCMPL (hidden) command?

    No SVCMPL is for different legacy dict and different purpose. Start by asking the Ext Solns developer if PR_AD was added to the Legacy ODBC dict that is the PRFILE.DD and PRFLD.DD (or just say PR_AD does not appear in list of tables on my Crystal report).

    Thanks for your help @AlnoorCassim -- I have a support ticket started with the Ext Sol developer.
