  • 1.  Updating AR Repetitive Invoice Entry

    End user has 15 Sage 100 companies.  Depending on the company they have between 300 and 800 repetitive invoices they use to create AR customer invoices for each company.  They use Miscellaneous Items not "regular" inventory items.  If they have a price increase for the 50 Misc items, what's the most efficient way to update the items in Repetitive Invoice Entry?

    You can export and import, as long as you include the LineKey in both

    Thanks Beth.  Oh well.  I was hoping there  a magic "Update Repetitive Invoices" button in Misc Item Maintenance.

    A button script might be able to do that... loop through the header table, go through lines, and update the amount if the line item matches, save, next...
