    Hello Board

    Things are coming together for the conference and I wanted to reach out on a couple of things.  

    I would like to have a board member assigned to some of the general sessions and break-out sessions. I will put this on the agenda for the next Board Meeting. 

    We have brunch scheduled for across the street at 11 am on Sunday.  The hotel will shuttle us over.   Attached is the attendee list and I would like to ask if you want to invite anyone (VIPS) to this brunch to join us.  

    Please post who you think should be invited.  I am planning on including all of the current candidates (regardless of outcome) if that is acceptable with you.  And Wayne.  Anyone else?

    As for brunch: Good idea, but what is its goal? That might affect who we invite.

    Well my goal is to have some time with everyone and perhaps have a little conference debrief. But I also view this as community and relationship building event with the board and the new members. So anybody you think that's more on that VIP status should be considered let me know.
