Ok, couple thoughts. It looks like the MAS mirror tables are probably not updated through the utility. I'd double check through DFDM first. MAS_XXX\CUXXX\CU_Company see if there's a discrepency there. Salesperson ABC in Customer and XYZ in the Mirror Table. The Mirror Table is where Sage CRM pulls from.
Then a couple options, one it may be possible to VI that. Or you can possibly run the CRM Rebuild utility. However I'd make all the appropriate backups if that's what you do.
