Updated the MAS Ship To locations with the Salesperson code so that it is the same Salesperson code that is in AR_Customer (I used VI to do this since I didn't see another way to do it in MAS). However, they are not automatically updating in CRM. How do I get them to update in CRM? Do I have to re-run relationship wizard for Ship To addresses? Thanks

Hey all. Any ideas on this? We even changed the salesperson in customer maintenance in MAS and it didn't update the salesperson in CRM.. I did double check and the integration engine is running and the Sage CRM options are all good.

Hello Brian, where do you see the salesperson in CRM? Is the Address field? I don't see one there for us.MAS 4.40/CRM 7.0

Hi @JohnWilder, it is in the Company section. I have attached a screenshot to this post. This field is not being automatically updated with the changes in MAS. So it is not reflecting the salesperson that is in company maintenance in MAS.

Oh, ok. So I'm assuming the MAS salesperson on the customer master is in conflict. I read it as the ship to salesperson. Do other fields udpdate, address etc.. I've had situations where it was simply the integration engine wasn't running on the server.

John, yes other fields update fine and if I manually go in and change the SP on Customer Maint. in MAS and then change it back it does update. The customer used the Global Customer Field Change Utility under the AR Utilities menu in MAS to reassign a bunch of salespeople. However apparently that does not trigger the Integration Engine to update the change in CRM. Now I am looking for a way to get it to update the change instead of having to do it on 1000+ accounts manually.

Ok, couple thoughts. It looks like the MAS mirror tables are probably not updated through the utility. I'd double check through DFDM first. MAS_XXX\CUXXX\CU_Company see if there's a discrepency there. Salesperson ABC in Customer and XYZ in the Mirror Table. The Mirror Table is where Sage CRM pulls from. Then a couple options, one it may be possible to VI that. Or you can possibly run the CRM Rebuild utility. However I'd make all the appropriate backups if that's what you do.
