Upgraded PR client yesterday. They now encounter this error message while processing the 941 Qtrly report. They are encountering this error message from every workstation that has Aatrix installed. This is the first time running reports for the quarter. So the question is where do I look? Head of IT is out for two weeks. One of his minions assisted with the upgrade yesterday. He encountered security issues, so I am wondering if something was missed in the installation? CFO locked herself out of Sage due to an overly agressive malware monitor. Nothing hitting on Sage KB.
