Just checking in to see how the speaker out reach is going. I have not gotten very far but not for a lack of trying. Let me know if you need anything, but I'll be reaching out again to see if we can get some hard commitments.

I just talked to Wayne, and he is willing to participate in both sessions.  He uses AI tools, and he knows Jim Woodhead does as well.  He is not aware of anyone else, and he suggested we put out a survey to the group to find out if anyone else is actively using any AI tools.  He suggested the same (survey) for Sage 100 upgrade best practices so that we could recruit people who do upgrades all the time.  In both cases, he suggested a meeting or pre-conference discussion to gather ideas to make both sessions run smoother.  I told Wayne I would email him the topics, and I will copy you, @Tina Leonard, and @Chuck Peddy.

I've reached out to Steve Iwanowski about a SQL session/panel and he's said he can do it, but recommended a few others and said, "If you've got no one else - I can do it." He recommended Kevin Moyes as well.

So... chasing down a few leads. @Tina Leonard - would it be improper to email Matt or John directly or would you suggest an introduction? Your emails are pretty easy to anticipate what their email addresses might be. :)

On the Sage Intacct session - no emails/LinkedIn message have been sent yet, but will be tackling that next week. I've got Todd Martin, Linda Kolker, Cherise Lamb, and Madeline on my list of people to reach out to.

Really appreciate your outreach! I'm working on Matt and John, as I've asked my Directors first. I just sent them a follow up to see if we can get a definitive answer.

I received confirmation that I can have Matt Taylor and Elena Bello. I think a panel might be good idea. Want to reach out to Kevin and ask? I'm meeting with Matt and Elena on Monday to fill them in on what it takes before they commit. Then I can hand them off to you coordinate everything else? Let me know if that works for you. 

Knowing Kevin and how he's participated in past presentations, I know he's much more comfortable in a panel setting than a solo act.

That works for me! I like that approach.

If we can get one or both of them, that would be great. I think a panel would make the overall flow be more diverse and less biased in any one direction. @Alnoor Cassim - good to know that Kevin would have more interest in presenting while on a panel vs. solo.
