Hi everyone 

Just FYI - there is another delay in the delivery of swag bags initially due to packaging issues and now specifically due to Covid. I believe the earliest they will be sent out will be next week.  I am responding to specific requests accordingly - but any thoughts about whether or not a message should go out to everyone that is waiting for them?

I think you should post an explanation for everybody. Include enough details to enable picturing the problems without becoming tedious or sounding too apologetic. Include a good tease about what we can expect when ours arrives.
