Update on Biznet - Phone conference with Denise yesterday. She is putting together an outline for the first Go to Meeting type session with the 90Minds group. (looking at the 20th or the 27th depending how quickly she puts together the outline. We are looking at the 1st 15 minutes to be an overview of the 90Minds relationship with Biznet, how to place orders, how to access their website, etc. The next 30 will be a quick overview of what Biznet has to offer in terms of financial reporting and the final 15 will be for questions. Following that initial meeting, we will schedule a second meeting for a more in depth reveiw of the Biznet software. After that, we may schedule an end user meeting for the 90Minds group or group members are free to contact Denise to set up their own end user group meeting.
We also discussed administrative issues such as purchasing the software. Currently, our membership is set up that all orders have to be placed (and paid) through 90Minds. To me, this is an administrative nightmare. She said the members could place the order directly with Biznet. The only requirement here is that each member would have to sign the reseller agreement. I don't think that should be an issue. This would allow member to be part of the 90Minds buying group but work directly with Denise.
Denise does need a member listing so she can set everyone up with access to their website's reseller portal. Wayne, is that available on the Google docs website?
