Hope you all had a great weekend. I wanted to update you on some of the what I was able to begin working on last week and our follow up on MOTM. I am still navigating becoming familiar with all of the Communities, Committees and relationship trees.
POST MOTM TO DO - Done last week
- Confirmed and reviewed Video and Document content on MOTM website for each session
- Prepared and finalize Eblast to Attendees with instructions and links to continue to engage
- Finalize Survey Monkey to Attendees
- Prepare master main contact list for Affiliates for personal outreach (this week)
- Obtain final data and reports from MOTM website and Google Analytics
I am beginning to connect with various stakeholders both via LinkedIn and email. Most are reaching out to me directly on their own which is great!
I have some questions and some pending requests and would like to get your feedback.
PENDING POST MOTM 2021 REQUESTS
1. Swag Bags - We have a few requests as to the status and I am following up and will you know the status when I find out from Michelle
2. Requests for Clicks and Chats - We have a few requests for the chat summary for some sessions (Sage/Avalara)
3. Requests for who attended specific sessions (Sage)
4. Request for Exhibitor Booth Data; Who attended and for how long (Avalara)
5. Request for Survey Feedback (Sage)
I welcome comments, feedback, etc.
SURVEY
We have received 50 surveys so far which is a good start. A reminder went out Friday for anyone who had not completed the survey yet, My plan is to send one more reminder this week just to those who have not completed it yet and then I plan to post the results in this group before the end of the week. If you would like to see it before then, please let me know.
SPONSOR/AFFILIATE OUTREACH
I had a conference call with Darcy this morning and will be reaching out this week to all of them personally and hope to get some direct feedback from each of them. I have created a summary spreadsheet on the MOTM Google Drive I shared with you. Anything and everything MOTM 2021 that I have, I will keep in the google drive for future reference if needed. I hope to have a summary of all of this feedback for you as well.
