Update CRM 7.1 SP2 hot fix 3 to 7.2b. The 7.1 sp2 was installed with concurrent licenses, not named. The new Sage CMR 7.2 key is named. I get the attached error message installing using the new 7.2b key - I've tried the licneseupdate.exe old license and says, license not changed, use the new license and says it's not for this version. Any ideas?

And if you are persistent, or stubborn you can finally figure out that all you need to do is change each of the users license from 'concurrent' to named and disable any users beyond your named user count. Friday, time for some cheer/beer.
